The Applicant is proposing a three lot short plat for the purpose of retaining one existing single family home and created two additional lots for development of new single family homes. A detached garage currently on the site is proposed for removal (separate permit required) as part of this platting action.


The Planning Director issued a Decision with conditions on February 4th, 2022. The date of the last day to appeal is the 18th of February, 2022 at 5PM. Decisions of the Planning Director regarding administrative permits (Type II) are final. They may be appealed to the City of Spokane Hearing Examiner within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of this decision. The date of this decision is February 4th, 2022. The appeal fee of $250 must be paid in full at the time an appeal is made. An appeal shall take the form of a written statement of the alleged reason(s) the decision was in error.
