City of Spokane Engineering Department
The City of Spokane Engineering Department is proposing a 0.8-1.0 million gallon CSO tank. The proposed tank will be 55' wide X 275' long X 30' deep and is being proposed as part of the Dept. of Ecology's mandated CSO reduction program. The site is currently home to a gravel parking lot, commonly referred to as the Bosch Lot. Once the tank is constructed, the site will continue to operate as a surface gravel parking lot, but the grade will be more consistent with the grade of the street. The proposal falls within the Shoreline Jurisdiction and requires a Shoreline Conditional Use Permit.
A public hearing was held on this proposal on December 17th, 2015 at 9AM in the Council Briefing Center at 808 W Spokane Falls Blvd, Lower Level Spokane, WA 99201.
