The applicant is proposed a two-lot pocket residential development preliminary short plat to create two vacant lots for development of two new single family homes at 21 W 32nd Avenue (parcel 35311.0930). Please note that the existing home was demolished under B2121453DEMO.


The Planning Director issued a Decision with conditions on May 24, 2022. The date of the last day to appeal is the June 7, 2022 at 5PM. Decisions of the Planning Director regarding administrative permits (Type II) are final. They may be appealed to the City of Spokane Hearing Examiner within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of this decision. The date of this decision is May 24, 2022. The appeal fee of $250 must be paid in full at the time an appeal is made. An appeal shall take the form of a written statement of the alleged reason(s) the decision was in error.
