City Council voted to approve this request if a Development Agreement is entered into within one year of the effective date (December 13, 2015). Additional information will be added to this webpage when a draft development agreement is available; this is anticipated to be in the first quarter of 2016. This proposal is to change two parcels of property currently zoned RSF (Residential Single Family) to CC-1, NC (Centers & Corridors Type 1, Neighborhood Center). This proposal would change the Land Use Plan Map from “Residential 4 to 10 units per acre” to “Centers and Corridors Core”. This proposal is in the vicinity of the South Perry Business District. The address of the proposal is: 1414 E 10th Avenue (Parcel Number 35213.2710) & 1415 E 11th Avenue (Parcel Number 35213.2716).
