This project is a 2014/2015 Comprehensive Plan Land Use Amendment Application.

City Council voted to approve this request if a Development Agreement is entered into within one year of the effective date (December 13, 2015). Please review the final ordinance in the document section below. Additional information will be added to this webpage when a draft development agreement is available; this is anticipated to be in the first quarter of 2016. Development Agreements and their adoption procedures are described in SMC 17A.060.010

Proposal Description

This proposal is to change two parcels of property currently zoned RSF (Residential Single Family) to CC-1, NC (Centers & Corridors Type 1, Neighborhood Center). This proposal would change the Land Use Plan Map from “Residential 4 to 10 units per acre” to “Centers and Corridors Core”. This proposal is in the vicinity of the South Perry Business District. The address of the proposal is: 1414 E 10th Avenue (Parcel Number 35213.2710) & 1415 E 11th Avenue (Parcel Number 35213.2716).
