The applicant is proposing to final a preliminary Binding Site Plan (Z19-458PBSP) granted approval, subject to conditions, on December 16, 2019. The proposal is to subdivide 3.243 acres of land into two parcels for commercial use including the development of a Chick-fil-A Restaurant with drive-thru and one additional commercial development site/lot. Development of the proposed western parcel will include demolition of an existing building and construction of a new chick-fil-A restaurant including drive-thru with associated site and stormwater improvements to serve the proposed development.
