Description

The applicant is proposing to subdivide one lot in the R1 zone into 2 lots at 2208 W Cleveland Ave (parcel 25122.1314) for the purpose of having both single-family homes on their own lot. The project encompasses 6000 sq. ft. of land (.14 acres).

This proposal utilizes the City of Spokane Unit Lot Subdivision procedure pursuant to SMC 17G.080.065 to gain relief from the Spokane Municipal Code lot dimensional standards.

The preliminary plat map and application materials have been routed for agency and department review. Comments from agencies are due by September 23rd, 2026, by 5:00 p.m.
