The applicant is proposing to subdivide an existing parcel into seven lots; Lots 1 & 3 will access off of Courtland and the remaining five lots will have vehicular access off of Cora, which will be improved with full street improvements by the applicant. Water and sewer for L1 & L3 will be provided through easements in L2 & L4 from infrastructure extended in Cora Ave.


The Planning Director issued a Decision with conditions on April 9, 2020. The date of the last day to appeal is the 23rd of April, 2020 at 5PM. Decisions of the Planning Director regarding administrative permits (Type II) are final. They may be appealed to the City of Spokane Hearing Examiner within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of this decision. The date of this decision is the April 9, 2020. The appeal fee of $250 must be paid in full at the time an appeal is made. An appeal shall take the form of a written statement of the alleged reason(s) the decision was in error.
