Description of Project

The applicant is proposing to subdivide one commercially zoned parcel (GC-70) into two parcels for the purpose of retaining a commercial building on one lot and creating a second vacant parcel for future development. The address for this proposal is 315 E Francis Avenue, parcel number 36293.0031, comprised of 132,201 sq. ft. of land (3.03 acres).


The Planning Director issued a Decision with conditions on March 9, 2022. The date of the last day to appeal is the 23rd of March, 2022 at 5PM. Decisions of the Planning Director regarding administrative permits (Type II) are final. They may be appealed to the City of Spokane Hearing Examiner within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of this decision. The date of this decision is March 9, 2022. The appeal fee of $250 must be paid in full at the time an appeal is made. An appeal shall take the form of a written statement of the alleged reason(s) the decision was in error.
