Description of Project

The applicant (Storhaug Engineering) on behalf of the owner (Windom Holdings, LLC) is proposing to subdivide 0.33-acre parcel 35162.1501 addressed at 1904 E Sharp Ave. into six (6) lots. The applicant proposes to retain the existing single-family dwelling and construct a single-family dwelling on created lots.

The plat will utilize the City's Unit Lot Subdivision Code pursuant to 17G.080.065.

The preliminary plat map and application materials have been routed for agency and department review. Comment from agencies and departments are due by July 8, 2026, by 5:00 p.m.
