Description of Project

The owner is proposing to divide parcel 35272.1314 addressed as 2903 E. 18th Ave., into 2 lots for the purpose of creating lots for residential development. The proposal will use the City of Spokane Unit Lot Subdivision procedure pursuant to SMC 17G.080.065. Please note that pursuant to SMC 17G.080.040 this proposed plat qualifies for “minor engineering review” with the City of Spokane. Please be advised that there is no public comment period for this “minor engineering review” plat.
