Description

The applicant is proposing to subdivide three large parcels into 78 single family lots and three stormwater tracts. The home addressed at 2204 W Strong will be demolished. The parcel addressed as 2122 W Strong contains a house that will be maintained as a part of this plat and will be provided frontage on the new Maxine Ave. Applicant will install public water, sewer and streets to serve the new lots.

There will be a public hearing on this proposal before the City of Spokane Hearing Examiner on Wednesday July 6, 2022 at 1:30 P.M. in the City Council Chambers of City Hall. A previous hearing date was scheduled for June 15th, 2022, but due to a noticing error, a new hearing date has been scheduled.
