The applicant is proposing to subdivide three large parcels into 79 single family lots and one stormwater tract. The home addressed at 2204 W Strong will be demolished. The parcel addressed as 2122 W Strong contains a house that will be maintained as a part of this plat and will be provided frontage on the new Maxine Ave. Applicant will install public water, sewer and streets to serve the new lots.
