The applicant is proposing to subdivide three large parcels into 78 single family lots and three stormwater tracts. The home addressed at 2204 W Strong will be demolished. The parcel addressed as 2122 W Strong contains a house that will be maintained as a part of this plat and will be provided frontage on the new Maxine Ave. Applicant will install public water, sewer and streets to serve the new lots.
Any person may submit written comments on the proposal or call for additional information. Comments from the public are due by June 30, 2022 by 5:00PM. There will be a public hearing on this proposal before the City of Spokane Hearing Examiner on Wednesday July 6, 2022 at 1:30 P.M. in the City Council Chambers of City Hall. A previous hearing date was scheduled for June 15th, 2022, but due to a noticing error, a new hearing date has been scheduled.
