Location

The project area is located entirely on-site at 222 W Knox Ave. (Parcel no. 35074.1903).

Description of Project

The applicant is proposing an addition of 18 parking stalls east of the existing parking lot for a total of 50 parking stalls. The parking lot expansion will utilize the existing driveway approach on W Knox Ave. This will be processed as an Administrative Conditional Use Permit (CUP), a Type II application.

Decision

A decision was issued on February 22, 2024 by the Planning Director. The last day to appeal the decision is March 7, 2024.
