The applicant is proposing to subdivide an approximately 7.03-acre site into 27 single-family lots. The project is currently a landlocked parcel with access off of the private drive named S Meadow View Lane. Greens at Meadowlane Phase 1 was processed in 2020 (Z20-185PPLT) and access was provided through that plat to this lot. The new phase will provide new roads, water, and sewer to serve each new single-family lot. Each lot is proposed to contain one single-family home. The existing single-family home and outbuildings will be maintained; the lot will be required to be provided with frontage on a public street within the boundary of the plat. The preliminary plat application document indicates that the applicant is requesting relief from the connectivity requirements due to existing adjacent single-family development and adjacent steep slopes.
The plat map, SEPA checklist and other application materials have been routed for agency and department review. Comments from agencies are due by August 8, 2022 by 5:00PM.
