The applicant is proposing a Rezone to change the existing zoning to the subject parcels listed above from Office Retail-55 (OR-55) to Office Retail-70 (OR-70). This change would allow for a maximum height limit of 70 feet, which is desired for the design of the future Woldson Performing Arts Center project. A Shoreline Conditional Use permit will also be processed under this application, as a portion of the exterior patio space is located within the Shoreline Jurisdiction.

Written comments may be submitted on this application by October 17, 2016 at 5 p.m. Written comments should be sent via mail or email to the contact listed below. A public hearing will be held on October 20, 2016 at 1 p.m. in the Council Briefing Center, Lower Level of City Hall, 808 W. Spokane Falls Boulevard, Spokane, WA. Any person may submit written comments on the proposal and/or appear at the public hearing.
