The Spokane Public Facilities District is proposing a roughly 2,000 square foot addition on the north side of the existing INB Performing Arts Center. The single-story addition with a roof-top patio and stair will project 10ft closer to the Spokane River. Because the addition is located in the Shoreline Jurisdiction, the proposal requires a Shoreline Substantial Development permit. This is processed as a Type II application.
This application was withdrawn on February 1, 2018 as the proposal changed to no longer include an addition in the shoreline jurisdiction.
