Description of Project

The applicant is proposing to subdivide portions of two existing parcels into 9 lots – two large parcels for the existing homeowners and 7 new vacant lots for new construction. The proposal also involves the extension of city water and sewer and the construction of to-be-dedicated Maxine Ave.


The Planning Director issued a Letter of Approval with conditions on June 15, 2020. The date of the last day to appeal is the 30th of June, 2020 at 5PM. The appeal fee of $250 must be paid in full at the time an appeal is made. An appeal shall take the form of a written statement of the alleged reason(s) the decision was in error.
