Description of Project

The applicant is proposing to subdivide 15.95 acres into 10 lots for mixed-use commercial. The existing site has been graded and utilities have been placed in preparation for development.

Notice of Decision

The Planning Director issued a Letter of Approval with conditions on August 29, 2019. The date of the last day to appeal is the 12th of September, 2019 at 5 p.m. The appeal fee of $250 must be paid in full at the time an appeal is made. An appeal shall take the form of a written statement of the alleged reason(s) the decision was in error.
