The applicant is proposing to final 86 of 298 approved single family lots (File number 9400073 PP/ZC). Before this, 128 lots were previously finaled. The original preliminary plat was approved on November 18, 1994 and then a revised decision was issued in 1996, which is available with the Planning Department.
The final plat application and map have been routed to the internal departments that will review for consistency with the originally approved preliminary plat.
