The applicant is proposing to final a preliminary short plat (File number Z20-033PSP) approved with conditions on April 24, 2020. The proposal is to subdivide two existing parcels into three single family lots. Two parcels are currently being developed with a single family home on each. This proposal would create a third “landlocked” single family lot through the Pocket Residential Development Standards.
Departments that sign a final plat are reviewing the final plat documents. There is no public comment period on a final plat.
