The applicant is proposing to subdivide two existing parcels into three single family lots. Two parcels are currently being developed with a single family home on each. This proposal would create a third "landlocked" single family lot through the Pocket Residential Development Standards. This project will be processed as a Type II application.


The Planning Director issued a Letter of Approval with conditions on April 24, 2020. The date of the last day to appeal is the 7th day of May, 2020 at 5PM. The appeal fee of $250 must be paid in full at the time an appeal is made. An appeal shall take the form of a written statement of the alleged reason(s) the decision was in error.
