With the recent adoption of City Ordinance C35535 (allowing existing neighborhood structures in residential zones to operate as a commercial use), the applicant is proposing a retail sales and service use in the existing structure located at the above address. No addition to the existing footprint (approximately 2,200 square feet) is proposed. This application will be reviewed as a Type II Conditional Use Permit by the Planning and Development Department.
