The applicant is proposing to divide an existing parcel into three single family lots. The applicant also owns the two single family lots to the north, for which they will be applying for a separate Boundary Line Adjustment to reorient them to run east/west. They are proposing shared access off of Bruce through an easement along the back of all 5 lots with water taps in that easement. The proposal indicates sewer being served from Crestline.


The Planning Director issued a Letter of Approval with conditions on June 5, 2018. The date of the last day to appeal is the 19th of June, 2018 at 5PM. The appeal fee of $250 must be paid in full at the time an appeal is made. An appeal shall take the form of a written statement of the alleged reason(s) the decision was in error.
