Description of Project

The applicant is proposing to divide parcel 35282.0633 addressed at 1625 E 17th Avenue into two (2) lots under the City’s Pocket Residential Development ordinance under chapter 17C.110.360. The existing single-family dwelling is to remain on the parent parcel and a new single-family dwelling is proposed to be built on the child parcel.

The preliminary plat map and application materials have been routed for agency and department review. Comments from agencies are due by April 21, 2023 by 5:00PM.
