Description of Project

The applicant is proposing to subdivide one parcel into two lots. The existing parcel sits between Grace Ave and Riverview Drive; water exists in Grace Ave, to which the new lots connect and the sewer main will be extended in Riverview Drive as a part of this proposal.

The preliminary plat map and application materials have been routed for agency and department review. Comments from agencies are due by June 8, 2023, by 5:00PM
