The proposal is located at 1107 S Greene St., Parcel 35223.2621, SE 1/4, SEC. 22, T. 25 N., R. 43 E., W.M.


The owner/applicant is proposing to divide parcel 35223.2621 addressed as 1107 S Greene into 2 lots for the purpose of retaining an existing home and creating one vacant lot for new development. A detached accessory structure will need to be demolished with permit prior to approval of a final plat or, if setbacks and fire rating are completed as applicable, the detached structure can be retained with a cash bond as an alternative. Please note that pursuant to SMC 17G.080.040 this proposed plat qualifies for "minor engineering review" with the City of Spokane. Following the agency review period for this "minor engineering review plat," a decision will be issued. Please be advised that there is no public comment period for this "minor engineering review" plat.
