The owner is proposing to subdivide one parcel (34041.0039), approximately 1.85 acres in size, located at 2410 E 44th avenue into two lots for the purpose of retaining an existing home on one lot and created a vacant parcel for future single family zone development. This project will be processed as a Type II application.
The preliminary plat map and application materials have been routed for agency and department review. Comments from agencies are due by September 22, 2021 by 5:00PM.
