Description of Project

The owner/applicant Sozo Church is proposing a ~3500 square foot addition for foyer/vestibule space to the existing church building located at 2131 W Woodside Ave, parcel 26254.0407 (7.53 acres). The owner/applicant is also proposing a reconfiguration of the existing parking lot with no change to the number of stalls. Per SMC 17C.111.110(5), in the R1 zone, additions to religious institution greater than 1,500 square feet require Conditional Use Permit. This is a Type II application and will be reviewed administratively with a decision issued by the Planning Direct

This application is exempt from SEPA review.
