The applicant is proposing to construct a 5 million gallon (approximately) drinking water reservoir with a height up to 75' and a diameter of up to 135'. The proposal also includes an associated 400 square foot CMU valve building with a 10' height. This will be processed as a Type III application (CUP and Variance) and there will be a public hearing held before the Hearing Examiner.
A public hearing was held on Sept. 6, 2023 at 9 a.m. The decision was issued on Sept. 25, 2023 by the Hearing Examiner. The date of the last day to appeal is Oct. 16, 2023 at 5 p.m.
