Location

The proposal is located at 2920 S Spotted Road. The area to be subdivided is primarily in the norther portion of the parcel that is adjacent to Tech Park Drive. Parcel 25286.9001. (29-25-42).

Description of Project

The applicant is requesting a shoreline conditional use permit for a 24-unit residential development within the 200-foot Shoreline Jurisdiction. This is a Type III application and there will be a Public Hearing in front of the City Hearing Examiner.

SEPA

This proposal will be reviewed under the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA). Checklist attached. The lead agency is likely to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this project. Please note that this may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the project. The lead agency is using the optional DNS process for this project as outlined in WAC 197-11-355.
