Description of Project

The owner is proposing to divide parcels 25132.1126 addressed as 2415 W. Mission Ave., into 2 lots for the purpose of creating lots for new townhome development. The applicant has stated the intent to construct a 2-unit townhouse on the existing site, with each unit on its own lot. The new residential units will be built under the City of Spokane’s interim housing ordinance. The two vacant lots will have alley access and frontage on West Mission Ave. Please note that pursuant to SMC 17G.080.040 this proposed plat qualifies for “minor engineering review” with the City of Spokane. Please be advised that there is no public comment period for this “minor engineering review” plat.


The Planning Director issued a Decision with conditions on October 13, 2023. The date of the last day to appeal is the October 31, 2023 at 5 p.m. Decisions of the Planning Director regarding administrative permits (Type II) are final. They may be appealed to the City of Spokane Hearing Examiner within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of this decision. The date of this decision is October 13, 2023. The appeal fee of $250 must be paid in full at the time an appeal is made. An appeal shall take the form of a written statement of the alleged reason(s) the decision was in error.
