The proposal is in a portion of parcel 26155.0002, an unaddressed parcel, Section 15 – Township 26N – Range 42. Adjacent to 26151.5105 for reference.
The applicant is proposing to subdivide 1.86 acres of a larger 70.93 acre parcel into six single family lots and one tract. These lots will be situated on either side of Wieber Drive, adjacent to 10712 N Wieber Drive and 10819 N Wieber Drive. This area was previously included in the Woodridge 3rd Addition Preliminary Plat (Z19-145PPLT) which was approved by the Hearing Examiner on Feb 12, 2020. The infrastructure associated with the larger Woodridge 3rd plat is current under construction.
The Planning Director issued a Letter of Approval with conditions on June 29, 2021. The date of the last day to appeal is the 13th of July, 2021 at 5PM. The appeal fee of $250 must be paid in full at the time an appeal is made. An appeal shall take the form of a written statement of the alleged reason(s) the decision was in error.
