2:20 p.m. - SFD responded to a residential fire in the 1900 Block of East 6th Avenue at 3:15 this morning.

SPD Quickly Locates and Arrests Bombing Suspect

2:16 p.m. - Police quickly locate and arrest the suspect that set off a bomb in a northeast neighborhood, due to the keen eye of several residents who called 911.

9:29 p.m. - Spokane Police responded to the Mission Park for several reports of a male threatening park goers with a knife.

Residential Fire this Morning in Indian Trail

5:47 p.m. - SFD responded to a residential fire in north Spokane. Neighbors called 911 after seeing smoke billowing from the home's top floor and roofline.

Fatal Shooting near Monroe and Augusta

4:31 p.m. - A fatal shooting occurred Tuesday, June 23 just after 2:30 p.m. One male is deceased and the other involved subject is cooperating with police.

11:12 p.m. - Knife wielding 10-year-old, in crisis, safely taken into protective custody and provided with mental health care after incident.

1:39 p.m. - Spokane Police Anti-Crime Team (PACT) Sergeant arrests a multiple time convicted felon in possession of a stolen motorcycle, drugs, and a firearm.

4:43 p.m. - Spokane Police Officers respond to a series of early morning fires in north Spokane. SPD asking the public’s help in identifying a person of interest.

9:44 p.m. - SPD responded to a DV victim’s texts for help because she couldn’t safely call 911. Keman Rhone was arrested w/o incident for several felonies.

Two Overdoses Prevented In an Hour with Narcan

1:15 p.m. - SPD responds and uses Narcan to save lives at two separate incidents of apparent drug overdoses in under an hour.

7:19 p.m. - The Spokane Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a 10 year-old runaway child.

11:36 a.m. - SPD responds to a shooting with a victim on Division near the I-90 Overpass. There is no suspect info and no indication that this was a random act.

11:31 a.m. - SFD responded to an early morning fire in a commercial warehouse in the 3800 block of East Rowan Avenue.

5:57 p.m. - SPD continues to arrest people who committed crimes during the protest turned riot/looting on May 31st in downtown Spokane.

DOA 1600 South Riverton

10:05 a.m. - The Spokane Police Department Major Crimes Unit is on scene at the discovery of a deceased male in the 1600 block of E. South Riverton.

Utility Vault Fire Downtown Business District

12:36 p.m. - The Spokane Fire Department was dispatched to a commercial fire alarm activation at 510 W. Riverside Ave.

8:26 a.m. - The Spokane Fire Department (SFD) was dispatched to a water rescue near the Sandifur Bridge.
