Description

Core4Collective is showcasing four of its most popular classes to strengthen your entire body through specially curated movements with a high intensity kick set to the best playlists.
Location: Pavilion at Riverfront

April 22: THE CORE FOUR - Focused, dynamic exercises challenge the body and engage the mind. With purposeful direction and a strong beat, your movements will be set to a personal mantra and punctuated by cardio bursts and recovery periods to reset your intentions. Open to all levels.

April 29: HYPE - Simple and familiar beat-based movement with a high intensity kick. Leave feeling empowered, sweaty, and ready to get on ANY dance floor (kitchen and bedroom dance floors included). You do not have to be an expert in anything to have fun in this class. Open to all levels.

May 6: STRIKE - This class combines boxing fundamentals with strength and cardio training to elevate your physical and mental strength. Boxing combinations are integrated with full body conditioning sets to bring your agility, endurance, and fitness to a new level. Open to all levels.

May 13: SCULPT - Energetic and focused movements will sculpt your body and still your mind. In 55 minutes, you will build stamina and lean, strong muscles using just your bodyweight. Isometric movements are mixed with cardio bursts and meditative stretching to obtain optimal fitness and overall wellness. Open to all levels.
