May 20:
Brawl - Kick, punch, & sweat your way through this high energy 50-minute class that incorporates cardio kickboxing sequencing and strength work set to a killer playlist to keep you motivated and moving.
May 27:
Bootcamp - Lift and sweat in our 50-minute bootcamp class that improves cardiovascular conditioning & functional strength with bodyweight resistance, HIIT, and bumping beats.
June 3:
Barre - Pulse and shake in our 50-minute signature class that combines barre work and isometric movements to fatigue your muscles while remaining gentle on your joints.
June 10:
Barre Restore - Let go in this 50-minute restorative class combines our signature Barre class with a 20-minute extended stretch & meditation. You'll release tension, prevent injury, and leave feeling restored.
