Strengthen & tone your entire body, with emphasis on core stability and balance, and complete with low impact / high intensity cardio bursts! We will perform a variety of high rep, small range and isometric holds as well as functional large range, dynamic movements for a total body, balanced workout. Spokane Barre classes are suitable for all, novice, and experienced fitness enthusiasts alike! We cannot wait to shake, sweat, and burn with you! Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, comfortable shoes (optional)
