In this strength training session you will work your muscles against resistance to build functional strength for everyday life. This is an upbeat, community-focused outdoor class, during which you’ll boost muscle tone, strengthen bones and joints, and improve balance and confidence while having fun and moving to the music. All levels are welcome, and our expert coaches will offer options so you can safely challenge yourself and leave feeling stronger and energized!
