Hands Across Spokane is a community resource fair where local service organizations come together to connect with the community and share their services. But its more than a traditional resource fair. Hands Across Spokane is meant to be something people take part in, not just attend.
Leading up to the event, the social campaign invites individuals, organizations, and partners to participate in a simple, visible way by sharing photos of joined hands. It's not complicated, and that's the point. It creates momentum, builds awareness, and shows how many people across Spokane are willing to be part of this.
At the center of the event is the "Hands Across Spokane" moment, where people physically join hands across the space. That moment matters, but it's not the whole story. It’s a reflection of what the event is doing in a more practical way, bringing people and resources together and making connection visible.
Hands Across Spokane is free, open to the public, and welcomes all.
