During the COVID national emergency, the City of Spokane has provided the following National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Environmental Review Record (ERR) in electronic format. This ERR for Sinto Commons is available for public review. This ERR can also be made available via email by emailing your request to email@example.com.
The Neighborhood & Business Services Division is reopening the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit Proposals from agencies interested in developing and managing a Community Land Trust (CLT). Initial startup funding of $1.3 million is available and is subject to negotiations. CLT's are community-based organizations designed to ensure conservancy of land and/or property and CLT's provide affordable housing opportunities for families and the community as a whole.
