Spokane Mayor David Condon will host a Town Hall meeting to discuss the 2014 Program Budget Proposal with citizens at the Northeast Community Center on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. The Town Hall is the first of three scheduled neighborhood meetings. Mayor Condon will highlight the significant pieces of the 2014 budget proposal and engage citizens in conversation about the proposed budget.
