Monroe/Lincoln Construction To Begin

Work includes lane restrictions

Grinding work on Monroe Street and Lincoln Street between 2nd and 4th Avenues will begin Wednesday, August 12. For the duration of construction two lanes will be maintained on both Monroe and Lincoln Street.

This is the first phase of construction for the Monroe/Lincoln Couplet. Additional work will happen next construction season.
