Pursuant to the Presidential Proclamation issued Monday, Spokane Mayor David Condon has directed that Washington State and United States flags at all City facilities be lowered to half-staff immediately in honor of former First Lady Nancy Reagan.

Flags should remain at half-staff until the close of business or sunset on the day of interment.

Other government entities, citizens and businesses are encouraged to join this recognition.
