It’s that time of year again, time for the biggest 3-on-3 basketball tournament in the world. Hoopfest will be June 24 and 25. Closures for this event will start Friday night, June 23 at 7 p.m. and last through Sunday night, June 25 around 10 p.m. The following streets will be closed:
Cars must be moved from these streets by 7 p.m. on Friday, June 23 or they will be towed.

Hoopfest players and fans are encouraged to utilize public transportation. Spokane Transit Authority’s Downtown Plaza will be closed to buses. Alternative zones will be within the block radius of First Avenue, Stevens Street, Fourth Avenue and Wall Street. View the map here. STA is providing two shuttle services to the Jefferson Lot under I-90 and the Riverpoint campus/ Gonzaga University’s Patterson Field Lot every 10 minutes. Uber ride locations will be set up at North Howard Street & West Cataldo Ave (near the Spokane Arena), West Riverside Avenue & North Bernard Street and West Main Avenue & Lincoln Street.
Multiple parking garages will be open for Hoopfest players and fans to utilize. Open parking garages include: the River Park Square parking garage, all three Davenport Hotel parking garages and the Parkade Plaza. In order to maintain access to the Davenport Grand’s parking garage, two-way traffic will be allowed on two one-way roads. Spokane Falls Boulevard from Bernard to Washington will allow two-way traffic during Hoopfest weekend. Washington Street from Spokane Falls Boulevard to the garage entrance will also allow two-way traffic. Howard Street will be closed at Riverside Avenue, but access to the Parkade Plaza will be maintained. The Spokane Public Library parking lot and garage will be closed since the portion of Lincoln Street between Spokane Falls Boulevard and Main Avenue is currently a southbound street. We encourage library visitors to park at River Park Square.
