3:31 p.m. - Spokane Police successfully located a four time convicted felon, after he attempted to carjack three separate individuals.

9:26 a.m. - After over 8 hours, a standoff situation in east Spokane has now ended. The Spokane Police Department has taken Benjamin P Ellis (30) into custody.

City Asks Residents to Get Solid Waste Carts to the Curb by 7 a.m.

8:17 a.m. - Starting the week of Feb. 27, the City of Spokane’s garbage trucks will wind through residential neighborhoods in updated patterns.

1:17 p.m. - The Spokane Police PACT team arrested a twelve time convicted felon who Attempted to Elude Officers, and crashed into a truck and an STA Bus.

Major Crimes Investigating Suspicious Death on North Side

9:58 a.m. - MCU is investigating a death in the 500 block of E. Crown. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call Crime Check at 509-456-2233.

MCU Investigates Shooting in Browne's Addition

8:41 a.m. - Major Crimes Investigators have made an arrest in the shooting that sent one victim to an area hospital early this morning.
