On March 14th, 2018 Officers were on scene at the 7-11 and located a male in the parking lot who was not responsive and not breathing. Officers performed life saving measures on the male, which included administering NARCAN for a possible drug overdose and they also performed CPR on him until Medics arrived. He was transported to the Hospital in critical condition.
While Officers were investigating the incident, several people came forward and indicated the male had been involved in a confrontation.
It was determined that the male was involved in a minor confrontation across the street. He ran away from that location and then collapsed in the 7-11 parking lot.
At this time, there is no indication that violence caused the male to collapse and this appears to be a medical issue.
