Male arrested for multiple felony vandalism charges in the Downtown Spokane area which included damaging two police vehicles.

On 8/31/2019, at about 11pm, Spokane Police Officers had their police vehicles parked at a Downtown area COP Shop. A while later around 2:44am, the Knitting Factory had their glass door shattered by a rock.

Officers were able to identify the male who broke the window as Bobby Risenhooven (age 51). Officers reviewed security footage from the Cop Shop and were also able to identify Risenhooven as the male who broke the police vehicle windows. Based on the identification of Risenhooven, probable cause was developed to arrest him for two counts of Malicious Mischief 1st Degree for physically damaging an emergency vehicle and one count of Malicious Mischief 2nd Degree for the damage to the Knitting factory glass door.
