Spokane Mayor David Condon will deliver the annual Statement of the Conditions & Affairs of the City of Spokane on Monday, Oct. 14, as part of the City Council’s regular 6 p.m. meeting in the Council Chambers in the lower level of City Hall, 808 W. Spokane Falls Blvd. 

By City Charter, the Mayor is required to deliver this annual address on the second Monday in October.  Mayor Condon’s talk will focus on the Mayor’s proposed 2020 Budget and its proposed investments.
