Suspect Recognized On Local Media Apprehended By SPD

Kidnapping suspect Bradley Walters taken into custody without incident thanks to citizen recognizing him from TV.

Bradley Walters was taken into custody on 10-22-2019 near the 1100 Block of West 2nd Ave.  SPD was dispatched to “Cup of Cool Water,” a social services organization, because a witness had recognized Bradley and called 911.

A male fitting Bradley’s description was observed walking out of the business and heading down an alley nearby.  Bradley saw police and attempted to flee, and was subsequently taken into custody by SPD.

Bradley was booked into Spokane County Jail for his warrant as well as obstructing.
