A winter snowstorm greeted commuters Friday morning. Plows and de-icing equipment were out across the city clearing roadways and dropping de-icer.
Resources were focused on the arterials, hills and bus routes. Snow depths ranged from about a half-inch to about an inch and a half.
Snow remains in the forecast for the next few days.
The City monitors weather conditions around the clock during the snow season and deploys resources accordingly. You can find more information on the city’s snow plan website and interactive snow map.
