Spokane Mayor David Condon discussed the first quarter performance measures during today's media briefing.
Improving accountability to the customers, colleagues and partners the City serves and works with is one of the mayor's major initiatives. The City is now publishing 68 performance measures enterprise-wide. That number will grow and change as part of a transition from operationally focused measures to outcome-driven indicators.
